PROCESSING TIME

At the heart of Lume’s production process is the avoidance of waste therefore we run a zero-inventory system. This means that we begin producing your item once we have received your order and we keep very little to no on-hand inventory stock of our pieces. In light of this system, production of our pieces may take 5-15 days excluding delivery. In the instance where production is completed before the specified 5-15 days, your order will be dispatched upon completion. During peak periods where we may be experiencing a high volume of orders which may result in delays, production may take longer than the specified 5-15 days. Be assured that we are as excited to produce your pieces as you are excited to receive them.

RETURN POLICY

• To initiate a return, please send an email to info@lumestudiosng.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Afterwards you will be contacted by a team member.
• Customers are free to return items they are unsatisfied with for store credit. Lume Studios does not offer cash refunds or exchanges. 
• For a return to be made, the following conditions must be satisfied: 

1. The return must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order
2. The item(s) must be returned unworn, unaltered and unwashed. 
3. The item(s) must be returned with all tags and labels attached and in its original packaging. 

• Please take care when trying on your purchases, as upon inspection, any item returned which falls short of the specified conditions above will not be accepted. 
• Once an item(s) has been returned and accepted, store credit will be awarded in the amount of the returned item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable and are not included in the amount awarded as store credit. 
• Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs and arranging the return with their courrier of choice. We advise that customers use a reliable and traceable carrier as Lume Studios will not be held responsible for any item(s) lost in transit and not delivered to us.
• Sale items are not eligible for returns. 
• If you received an item that is defective, incorrect or damaged, a complaint must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the purchase. Please send us an email at info@lumestudiousng.com with the order number and pictures or videos of the item you received. 

EXCHANGES 

Lume Studios does not offer exchanges, please return your order and place a new one with the store credit - coupon code awarded from your return. 

DELIVERY WITHIN LAGOS

For addresses located within Lagos, orders are delivered within 1-2 business days following the completion of your item (See processing time). Shipping and delivery rates will be displayed at checkout. 

DELIVERY OUTSIDE LAGOS 

For addresses located outside Lagos but within Nigeria, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days following the completion of your item (see processing time). Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, to allow you track your order while it’s on its way to you. Shipping and delivery rates will be displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

Lume Studios offers worldwide shipping at a rate based on your country. Following the completion of your item (see processing time), the estimated shipping and delivery time frame is 5-12 business days. Please note that this is an estimate as delivery times may vary depending on your region. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, to allow you track your order while it’s on its way to you. Shipping and delivery rates will be calculated at checkout. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional custom duties and taxes, depending on the laws of the recipient country. Lume Studios will not be responsible for any custom taxes and duties. These fees are not calculated at checkout and are not within our control, they are the responsibility of the customer. We advise that you contact your local customs office for detailed information about applicable regulations and charges.
